A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

The following Terms & Conditions are intended to establish a transparent and professional understanding between Riseup Elevators and the client regarding elevator supply, installation, modernization, maintenance, repair, and related services.

All products and services provided by Riseup Elevators are subject to technical feasibility, site conditions, government regulations, and mutually agreed commercial terms.

Riseup Elevators reserves the right to modify specifications, pricing, timelines, or service policies without prior notice where required due to technical, regulatory, or operational reasons.

By approving quotations, work orders, invoices, or project agreements, the client acknowledges acceptance of all terms mentioned herein.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

1. Scope of Work
Riseup Elevators shall provide elevator supply, installation, maintenance, modernization, or repair services strictly as mentioned in the approved quotation/work order.

2. Site Readiness
The client must ensure that the installation site is fully prepared, including civil work, electrical supply, shaft readiness, waterproofing, and safe working conditions before installation begins.

3. Payment Terms
All payments shall be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Delayed payments may result in suspension of work, service, delivery, or warranty support until dues are cleared.

4. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery and installation timelines are approximate and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, transportation, site conditions, approvals, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Material Responsibility
Material storage and site security shall be the client’s responsibility after delivery at site. Riseup Elevators shall not be liable for theft, damage, mishandling, or material loss after delivery.

6. Warranty Policy
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to:
* Voltage fluctuation
* Water leakage
* Improper electrical earthing
* Physical damage
* Misuse or negligence
* Unauthorized repairs
* Natural disasters or fire

7. Maintenance Services
Preventive maintenance shall be provided as per the agreed AMC/service contract terms. Emergency breakdown support shall be subject to service availability and operational hours.

8. Government Permissions & Licensing
All statutory approvals, permissions, electrical sanctions, and lift licenses shall be arranged by the client unless specifically included in the quotation.

9. Additional Work
Any work beyond the approved quotation scope shall be treated as extra work and billed separately upon client approval.

10. Cancellation Policy
Advance payments made towards manufacturing, procurement, or processing shall be non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

11. Safety Compliance
The client shall ensure safe usage of elevators and must not operate the elevator without mandatory approvals, safety checks, or licensing wherever applicable.

12. Limitation of Liability
Riseup Elevators shall not be held responsible for indirect losses, project delays caused by third parties, civil work defects, power failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
